Nicole S. Weathersby has been an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. since 1994, charter member of the graduate chapter Tau Xi Zeta, Forest Park, IL and current member of Upsilon Chi Zeta, Rockford, IL. Nicole explains "Zeta Phi Beta Sorority was the choice for me, because of the founding principles, which I have lived by for years." Nicole holds several degrees - BA Psychology from Washington State University, Master of Human Service Administration from Spertus College (Chicago) and an MPA from Keller School of Management (Chicago). Nicole is currently employed by the State of Illinois in the Department of Children and Family Services. Renee S. Byrd has served as the State Director of Illinois since August of 2008. She is employed as the Training Supervisor and Instructional Designer for the Springfield Urban League's Community Health Training Center since June of 1996. She is a charter member of Tau Psi Zeta Chapter and has been an active and financial member of the Sorority since May 23, 1994. Her favorite quote is that of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. - "Everyone has an opportunity to be great because everyone has an opportunity to serve."

Karri Woodard-Jackson has been a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. since 1996, is a charter member of the undergrad chapter Omicron Pi and current member of Mu Tau Zeta. Karri has known and loved blue and white since birth due to the fact she is a legacy - her mother ( Jean Woodard) is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority and both her father (the late Al Woodard) and brother (the late Dr. Keith Woodard) were members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Karri is married with one son and expecting another child. She I holds two degrees; one in Psychology and one in Nursing, and is currently practicing as a Registered Nurse with critically ill patients. Karri says "As the Indiana State Director... my desire... is your desire."

Lisa C. Ogburn became a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc in the fall of 1985 at the Mighty Mu Lambda Chapter of Eastern Kentucky University. She is employed as System Analyst at the Louisville Water Company and is currently pursuing a Masters in Liberal Studies at Indiana University Southeast. In her spare time Lisa enjoys writing and traveling on her motorcycle.

Annette Ross-Gray is a Life Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. She is currently a member of Delta Phi Zeta chapter of Ohio. Annette has been a member of the Sorority since 1979, having been initiated at Chi Beta chapter (Central State University). Professionally, Annette is an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and traveling. Her favorite quote: "Help Me Help You".

Jennine L. Swafford has been a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. since November 12, 1989, having been initiated at Illinois State University, Lambda Epsilon Chapter. She is currently a member of Sigma Alpha Zeta chapter. Jennine balances a busy professional life as an Analytical Chemist at Cerac, Inc, while also pursuing a Masters degree in Education Curriculum and Instruction. She will earn her degree in May 2011.
